CLIMBING FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE CAMPAIGN

MOUNT KILIMANJARO 2012

With HIV+AIDS continuing to kill as many as 1.3million people, mainly women and children in Sub-Saharan Africa every year, Canada Rural Folk of Africa Foundation is embarking on this amazing fundraising campaign to mitigate effects of the disease in rural Africa through:

• Provision of clinics and mobile clinics in rural Africa where pregnant women and children still walk 50km to the next clinic. Child births are in huts with no sterile equipment resulting in extremely high infant mortality rates.

• Provision of Resource Centres to help provide HIV awareness and education to at least 25,000 rural children mainly girls. Children still share 1 book per 50 students, 99% of schools operate without a library and 99% of rural children have never seen a computer.

• Feed 5,000 HIV+AIDS orphans monthly from child or grandmother headed homes.

Be a part of this life changing experience by making a donation or joining our climbing team and get a 9 day FREE ADVENTURE in Tanzania which will include a tour of the 7th Wonder of the World, The Serengeti Game Reserve.
